1. How long does it take to ship my order?

Orders are shipped within 0–1 business day. If placed before 4:00 PM MST (Mon–Fri), your order ships the same day.


2. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. All domestic orders within the U.S. ship free via USPS.


3. How long does delivery take?

Delivery usually takes 1–4 business days, depending on your location.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay.


5. Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All transactions are processed through Stripe with SSL/TLS encryption. We never store your card information.


6. What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. Please contact us before returning any item.


7. Who pays for return shipping?

  • If the item is damaged or incorrect, we cover return shipping.
  • For personal returns, you cover shipping, and a 15% restocking fee applies.
