1. Order Processing
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Business Days: Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
- Cutoff Time: Orders placed after 4:00 PM MST will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping & Delivery
- Carrier: Most packages are shipped via USPS or an equivalent standard delivery service.
- Estimated Delivery Time: 2–6 business days after processing.
- Shipping Cost: Always free—no hidden charges or service fees.
Note: Delivery timelines may be affected by external factors such as weather, holidays, or carrier delays.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your delivery status directly on the carrier’s website.
4. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to all U.S. locations, including APO/FPO military addresses.
Please note: International shipping is not available at this time.
5. Delivery Concerns
If your tracking information shows the package was delivered but you haven’t received it:
- Please contact us within 7 business days of the delivery date.
- While we are not liable for lost or delayed shipments caused by the carrier, we will do our best to assist in resolving any issues promptly.
6. Address Accuracy
Please verify your shipping address carefully during checkout.
- We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- If a package needs to be reshipped due to an address error, additional shipping fees may apply.
